The MUN School of Music is back in full swing with an exciting season of concerts right here on campus and is open to anyone, student or not!
This year’s Concert Series is packed with some of Canada’s finest classical, jazz, and contemporary musicians, such as the PhoeNX Ensemble, Juno award winning jazz pianist Florian Hoefner, a wide array of faculty performances from instructors here at the school of music, as well as performances from all of the school’s instrumental ensembles and choirs.
Tickets for any concert in the series are available to all students and members of the public who are interested, tickets can be found here.
For students on campus looking for a fun way to break up their day, the noon concert series offer shorter performances, while the ensemble and mainstage performances happen in the evening and are generally longer programs.
All of these performances are performed on campus at the M.O Morgan building in either the D.F Cook Recital Hall or the Suncor Performance Hall.
Whether you’re looking for a fun thing to do on your lunch break or you’re just looking for a fun night out, the MUN Concert Series is offering a fun excuse to listen to some world class music!
